Clinic FAQs (5) — ask the demo line any of these
  • Do you take insurance?

Most of our programs are self-pay memberships, which keeps pricing flat and transparent. Some generic medications are inexpensive with or without insurance.

  • How fast can I get in?

Usually within 2–3 business days, and telehealth consults often same-week.

  • Do I need labs first?

No — your first visit includes the lab draw, and results are reviewed at your follow-up.

  • Is parking available?

Yes — free patient parking behind both offices.

  • What happens at the first consult?

A provider reviews your goals and history, orders baseline labs, and builds your plan. No commitment beyond the consult.

TRT quarterly check-in · IV therapy monthly

Each treatment type carries its own interval (TRT follow-up 90d, IV therapy 30d); a patient can override it — fixed, their own average visit gap, or off.

Review requests

On

Patients who rate their visit 4★+ on the post-visit survey are invited to leave a public review — a button right on the thank-you page, plus a follow-up text if they don't tap it. Low ratings and flagged concerns are never asked.
